Sarah White, age 95, of friendship Wisconsin was called home to heaven to be with her Lord & Savior on Friday May 31 2024 at The House of The Dove in Marshfield Wisconsin.

Sarah was born January 10 1929 in Rhode Island to Everett and Sarah (Studley) Hartley. Sarah was married to the late Robert W Bell in 1949 Sarah married Ernest M White on January 23 1972 in Ontario California. The couple moved to Racine Wisconsin in 1974 then retired and moved to Quincy in 1991.

Sarah enjoyed crocheting and sewing, she loved making dolls. She loved dogs and birds. Sarah was a faithful member at Assembly of God church, family and God came first in her life.

Sarah was preceded in death by her father, Everett Hartley; mother, Sarah Hartley, first husband, Robert W Bell; second husband, Ernest M White; two sons: Wayne R Bell and Robert H Bell; daughter, Janice Bell Lesh; grandson, Keith Marema; brother, Everett Hartley; and four sisters: Eleanor, Grace, Isabella and Shirley.

Survivors include her daughters: Linda (John) Marema and Deborah (Carl) Pedersen; step-daughters: Sherry (Louis) Schwartz and Janet (Jeff) Ahles, numerous grandchildren & great-grandchildren, and her sister, Eunice.

Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m. on Friday, June 7, 2024 at Roseberry Funeral Home in Friendship Wisconsin. Pastor Mark Stevens will officiate. Interment will be at the Mt. Repose Cemetery, Friendship, WI. Visitation will be on Friday at Roseberry’s from 2:30 p.m. until the time of service.

    Sarah was my Aunt. I didn’t know her well because of the distance; however the little I do remember about her was and is very special. She was kind and loving and I remember she smiled and laughed a lot. I think I was named after her although my name is Sally. My deepest sympathy to my cousins and their families.

    I’m so sorry to hear of Sarah’s passing. My deepest condolences to the entire family especially her 2 remaining daughters (Linda and Debbie). She was an amazing women and will be missed. I was married to her eldest son, Wayne and we had one son Shane. May God grant the entire family peace. I know she is with our Heavenly Father.

    We are so very sorry for your loss!! Grandma Sarah, was such a beautiful Christian woman!
    One of my favorite memories of her was talking about Young and the Restless we would talk about the different stories it was great!!
    I feel so bless that my child was able to meet there Great Grandma!
    I know she is in heaven watching over all of us.
