Scott Curtis Kocian

Scott Curtis Kocian, age 47, of Mount Horeb, Wisconsin passed away Tuesday, January 9, 2024 at his home following a courageous battle with cancer. A big shout out to Agrace Hospice for the care and attention they gave the family in the time of need.

Scott was born October 26, 1976 in Joliet, Illinois to Gary and Ursula (Rico) Kocian. He married Kimberly Labrenz on October 25, 1997 in Brooks, Wisconsin . He worked for Auto Color in Middleton Wisconsin for 25 years. Scott enjoyed fishing, working on his cars, riding his Harley, working on mini-bikes and spending time with family and friends-which included his beloved pets.

Memorials may be directed in Scott’s memory to Agrace, 5395 E. Cheryl Parkway, Madison, WI 53711

Scott was preceded in death by: Ursula Kocian (his mom) and his brother Kevin Kocian. Others include grandparents and relatives from New York State.

Survivors include his wife, Kimberly Kocian of Mt. Horeb, Wisconsin; father, Gary Kocian of Adams, Wisconsin; multiple other family members that are in New Your State, along with members of Kim’s family still located in the area that loved Scott very much.

Scott will be buried at the New Chester Cemetery come springtime, a small service will be done at that time.

Roseberry’s Funeral Home is assisting the family.
